Story

Welcome to Back 2 the Tee, where you’ll be greeted by Chris and Stephanie, the proud proprietors. Stephanie, a native of Owosso and a hall of fame golfer from Owosso High School, discovered her love for golf at an early age. Fate led her to cross paths with Chris in 2007 at Eastern Michigan University, where both were dedicated to the game. Chris, boasting six years of professional golf experience and tours on the PGA, Web.com, and PGA Canada, found a kindred spirit in Stephanie, and together with their daughter, Samantha, they shared a deep love for the sport. Amidst their commitment to faith, family, and stability, their unwavering passion for golf persisted. As their family expanded to include Samantha, Isaiah, Sadie, and Skylee, the couple recognized the importance of contributing to the growth of golf in their community. Today, Chris and Stephanie are wholeheartedly dedicated to shaping golf into a fun, competitive, social, and character-building sport, enhancing the lives of individuals and families alike at Back 2 the Tee.

Q: How many people can play golf at a time?
A: 8 max.

Q: Do you pay per person?
A: No.

Q: How many holes can 1 person get in an hour
A: 18 holes per hour per person. (9 holes per hour for 2 people)

Q: Do you serve alcohol or food?
A: Liquor license- we sell canned beverages from seltzers and beer (wide variety). We do not serve food but you can bring food while you play.
